🚫 Cancellation and Change Rules:
Daily tours: No cancellation, refund or change can be made 24 hours before the departure time.
Accommodation tours: If you request a cancellation 1 month or more before the tour start date, the entire amount you paid will be refunded. If you cancel the contract 29-25 days before the start of the service, you accept and undertake to pay 50% of the trip price to the agency, and if you cancel less than 25 days before, you accept and undertake to pay the entire amount to the agency.
If you need to cancel or make a change, you must notify the travel agency in writing before the specified times.
📜 Force Majeure (Compulsory Cancellation Cases):
Cancellations due to guests: The passenger or their first-degree relative must have a serious illness or death and an official board report must be obtained from a fully equipped state hospital.
Agency cancellation reasons: The tour may be canceled in cases such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, strikes, terrorism, possibility of war, technical problems or insufficient number of participants.

It is the sole responsibility of the guest to be present at the specified departure time of the tour. In daily or overnight tours, there will be no cancellations, refunds or changes for guests who are not there at the specified time. Even if there are delays due to personal reasons, the right to continue the tour is not reserved.
