✅ Admission Fees: Entry to the tea garden requires a ticket, which costs 80 TL; with your ticket, you can also enjoy a free cup of tea.

You can take photos in traditional attire; costumes are available for rent at an extra cost. The rental fee is 150 TL.

Since Rize is the rainiest province in Turkey, weather conditions can change very quickly during the plateau tour.

A day that starts sunny may turn into fog or rain by midday. Therefore, it is the guest’s own responsibility to monitor the weather and be prepared.

This tour itinerary can be intense and physically demanding. Long car rides, the winding nature of the mountain roads, and high altitudes may be physically taxing. Air conditioning is not available in the vehicles.

🚫 Cancellation and Change Rules:
Daily tours: Cancellation, refund or change cannot be made 24 hours before the departure time.
Accommodation tours: If you request a cancellation 1 month or more before the tour start date, the entire amount you paid will be refunded. If you cancel the contract 29-25 days before the start of the service, you accept and undertake to pay 50% of the trip price, and if you cancel less than 25 days before, you accept and undertake to pay the entire fee to the agency.

If you need to cancel or make a change, you must notify the travel agency in writing before the specified times.

📜 Force Majeure (Compulsory Cancellation Cases):
Cancellations caused by the guest: Serious illness or death of the passenger or a first-degree relative and an official board report from a fully equipped state hospital must be obtained.

Reasons for cancellation by the agency: The tour may be canceled in cases such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, strikes, terrorism, possibility of war, technical problems or insufficient number of participants.

⏰ Pay Attention to Departure Times!
It is the sole responsibility of the guest to be present at the specified departure time of the tour. In day trips or tours with accommodation, there will be no cancellation, refund or change for guests who are not there at the specified time. Even if there are delays due to personal reasons, the right to tour is not reserved.
