Pay Attention to These Before Joining the Tour!

📌 Weather Condition: Be sure to check the weather conditions before going on the tour. But remember, the weather can change suddenly, especially in mountainous and coastal areas. So bring seasonal clothing with you. Being prepared for sudden rain or cool weather will help you enjoy the tour more.

🌞 Sun Protection: The sun can be more effective at high altitudes. Don't forget to use sunscreen, hat and sunglasses to protect your skin!

👟 Shoe Selection: If you want to be comfortable during the tour, choose sports or outdoor shoes that provide good grip. This way, you won't have difficulty walking.

🚫 Cancellation and Change Rules:
Daily tours: Cancellation, refund or change cannot be made 24 hours before the departure time.
Accommodation tours: If you request a cancellation 1 month or more before the tour start date, the entire amount you paid will be refunded. If you cancel the contract 29-25 days before the start of the service, you accept and undertake to pay 50% of the trip price, and if you cancel less than 25 days before, you accept and undertake to pay the entire fee to the agency.

If you need to cancel or make a change, you must notify the travel agency in writing before the specified times.

📜 Force Majeure (Compulsory Cancellation Cases):
Cancellations caused by the guest: Serious illness or death of the passenger or a first-degree relative and an official board report from a fully equipped state hospital must be obtained.

Reasons for cancellation by the agency: The tour may be canceled in cases such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, strikes, terrorism, possibility of war, technical problems or insufficient number of participants.

⏰ Pay Attention to Departure Times!
It is the sole responsibility of the guest to be present at the specified departure time of the tour. In day trips or tours with accommodation, there will be no cancellation, refund or change for guests who are not there at the specified time. Even if there are delays due to personal reasons, the right to tour is not reserved.
