🚫 Cancellation and Change Rules:
Transfers: Cancellations or refunds cannot be made 36 hours before the departure time.

If you need to cancel or change, you must notify the travel agency in writing before the specified times.

📜 Force Majeure (Compulsory Cancellation Cases):
Cancellations caused by guests: The passenger or their first-degree relative must have a serious illness or death and an official board report must be obtained from a fully equipped state hospital.
Agency cancellation reasons: The tour may be canceled in cases such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, strikes, terrorism, the possibility of war, technical problems or insufficient participants.

It is the guest's sole responsibility to be present at the specified departure time of the tour. In day or overnight tours, no cancellations, refunds or changes will be made for guests who are not there at the specified time. The right to continue the tour is not reserved even if there are delays due to personal reasons.
